At the La Mangeoire restaurant, gastronomy is rooted in the Pyrenean territory, between seasonal products, short supply chains and home‑style slow‑cooked dishes.
Our chef and his brigade work every day with fresh, local and carefully selected products: Pyrenean trout, Black Bigorre pork, free‑range chicken from the Hautes‑Pyrénées… Nothing is left to chance.
In winter, during the school holidays, themed buffets take over each evening for a true culinary journey.
Every day, a new inspiration: world cuisine, land & sea, mountain specialities…
There you’ll find homemade food, real generosity, wood‑fire cooking, matured or slow‑cooked products.

The bar is no exception: here, the cocktail is a full field of expression.
Each season, a new menu is created, imagined around local scents, homemade infusions, crafted syrups, sometimes even liquors infused on site.
